all of these universe ending weapons of mass destruction are indeed powerful, but are far too broad and cumbersome of a weapon to actually be used. any weapon that hurts it's wielder as much as it hurts its target is a poor weapon indeed. so i would say the most powerful semi-practical weapon in sci-fi is the Galactic Leyline.
