Choose a class you like to play. Lookup a PvP build at metabattle -> adapt a bit (more sustain) Play in prime time. Expect one sited matchups, unbalanced specs, toxic player, trash talk. 18. davidds0. • 1 yr. ago. Im rank 17 in pvp and luckly i haven't encountered toxic players yet.

Elementalist off-hand Dagger has Ride the Lightning as a longer distance movement and attack skill, while Weaver's main hand sword has various mobility skills on Skill 2, some advancing towards enemies and others backing away depending on the attunement. That's a good start for you to look into.

Greetings wonderful GW2 community I come to you seeking knowledge. A while ago I played a lot of Revenant and liked the aesthetic of the abilities and class along with its survivability.
Picking a best elite skill kind of just becomes a conversation of what profession is the best, because you could argue that the profession with the best skill is the best profession, simply because it has access to it at 16 ranks. Guild Wars, like you very accurately allude to, by nature, is built to NOT have a best skill.
Yes, in the section of progression between Frostleaf's final upgrade and level 2425 Samurai, the Power 5 are the strongest heroes to use. It has to do with the multipliers that heroes receive to their DPS after reaching certain level milestones, which differs between heroes. Those 5 heroes happen to be the strongest for that period.
Probably Warrior, but there's no 2H swords, their only 2H weapon is Hammer. Dervish uses Scythe which is 2H. Any class also can have any other class as a secondary, so you can run a Scythe-wielding Warrior/Dervish (which may or may not be optimal) if you wish. Paragon uses spears, they're also 1H.
